Executive, Facility Operations (6-Month Contract)

Salary: $4,000 per month
This role supports daily facilities and operations within a healthcare environment, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facilities services including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and waste management
- Conduct routine checks and follow up on maintenance and safety issues
- Support procurement, contract administration, and inventory tracking
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on operational matters
- Assist in safety activities, fire drills, audits, and compliance exercises
- Support events and operational projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field
- Relevant experience in facilities or operations support; healthcare experience is an advantage
