Business Development Executive (Wildlife Management)

Responsibilities for Business Development Executive:

• Support business growth activities by identifying and following up on potential project opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, quotations, tender documents, and related submissions.
• Maintain and update customer records, pipeline status, and business reports within the CRM system.
• Conduct market analysis, industry research, and competitor tracking to support strategic planning.
• Liaise with internal project and technical teams to ensure smooth coordination of client requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in organising presentations, marketing initiatives, and client engagement activities.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry-related events when required.
• Support regional business activities and coordination with overseas stakeholders across Asia.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in business development, client coordination, proposals, tenders, or project support will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, with the ability to manage reports and documentation efficiently.
• Exposure in environmental services, aviation, sustainability industries, and willingness to travel regionally when required will be an added advantage.
