• Roles and Responsibilities
• Support sales activities through equipment installation, demonstrations, and user training (hardware & software)
• Deliver excellent after-sales service to clients in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for application-related challenges
• Assist in product launches, workshops, and seminar preparations
• Handle biological sample preparation for demonstrations or applications
• Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Science or Engineering
• Exposure to or knowledge of microscopy is preferred
• Strong interest in software applications and a foundation in Biology, Optics, or Physics
• Ability to work independently and also thrive as a team player
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally overseas for customer or regional support
