The Operations Manager (Deployment) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of daily security operations, ensuring smooth deployment, service quality and compliance across all managed sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations and deployment of security officers
- Plan rostering and ensure adequate manpower coverage
- Assist in financial & administrative roles
- Ensure compliance with PRD and PWM requirements
- Prepare reports and follow-up on operational matters
- Assist in manpower management & training
- Team Culture & Professional Standards
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience insecurity operations
- Familiar with Singapore security regulations i.e., PRD, PWM etc.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle operational issues independently
