Product Design Engineer (Electronics)

Our Client:

• Electronics Manufacturing MNC
• 5 Days Office Hours
• Joo Koon
• UP $6000 Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new datacom product designs from concept to market release
• Understand customer requirements and propose reliable solutions which are manufacturable and cost-effective
• Benchmark competitor designs and generate design proposals using CAD
• Lead design reviews and use of FMEA for testing and preventive actions
• Manage design documentation and patent considerations
• Support product launches and engineering processes for continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in product design and development in electronic components
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with vendors from China
• Experience in NX CAD software is preferred
