Cloud Engineer | $ 9000

• Manage and maintain multi-cloud production environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, WAF, and GuardDuty.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
• Lead OS patching for Windows and RHEL environments using AWS Patch Manager, Azure Update Management, and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues across Windows and Linux environments.
• Support DevSecOps practices and container platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, and Docker.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Maintain accurate documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor Level 2 engineers and act as a technical escalation point when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• 2+ years of experience in public sector or regulated cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), patch management, and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, cloud security principles, and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations, including participation in shift rotations.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology frameworks (e.g., SHIP-HATS).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
• AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
