About the Role

As a Maintenance Operations Assistant – Field Coordination, you will assist with the daily coordination of scheduled maintenance, support site visits, and prepare technical documentation. The role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy being hands-on in the field, working closely with technicians, and learning how building systems are managed in a live environment.

• Position: Maintenance Operations Assistant – Field Coordination
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
• Work Location: Islandwide site deployment based on maintenance schedules
• Office Location: West Singapore – Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
• Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500/month
• Bonus Rewards: AWS (13-month) and variable performance bonuses
• Other Allowances: Travel reimbursement for site visits (subject to company policy)

• Coordinate scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Conduct basic site checks and support issue investigations
• Liaise with technicians and site supervisors for maintenance progress updates
• Assist in tracking breakdown causes and preparing follow-up documentation
• Support preparation of reports, quotations, and checklists related to maintenance
• Monitor field activity and follow through on planned maintenance actions
• Help maintain compliance with site safety and environmental standards
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties to support department needs

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related field
• Entry-level candidates with site or technical coordination experience welcome
• Training Provided
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces where required
• Interested in field-based operations, technical support, and site scheduling

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Clear communicator and strong in site coordination follow-up
