What You Will Be Doing
  • Be the first face students and parents see — greet walk-ins, answer calls, and respond to messages promptly and with a smile
  • Handle student registration, class scheduling, and payment collection accurately and efficiently
  • Walk parents and prospective students through our programmes so they leave with clarity and confidence
  • Follow up with parents on attendance gaps, outstanding payments, and other student matters
  • Keep the front desk and centre space tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
  • Chip in with the team to keep daily operations running without a hitch
  • Rotate across our outlet locations based on operational needs

Working Hours

This is a full-time, fixed 5-day schedule with off-days on one weekday and one weekend day (exact days to be discussed and confirmed).
  • Monday – Friday: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (exact hours may vary by outlet)
  • 45-minute paid break each day

Please make sure you are comfortable with these hours before applying.

Location

This role requires rotation among our North-region outlets. Outlet assignments are based on operational needs.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Good communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage a busy front desk without losing composure
  • Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
  • Comfortable rotating across outlet locations when required
