Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, located in Singapore.
・Manage the general office brokerage business
・Conduct sales activities (propose and introduce suitable offices to companies and sole proprietors considering office relocation or new setup)
・Drive the development of new markets and the expansion of existing markets
・Build and maintain good relationships with developers and building owners
Must-have Qualifications
・Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate and current CEA registration (Council for Estate Agencies, Singapore).
・Strong motivation to engage in sales, including comfort with new business development and proactive outreach.
・Excellent written and spoken English to communicate with clients and partners, conduct sales meetings, and prepare proposals/quotations and contracts.
・Currently authorised to work in Singapore
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in a start-up or Japanese corporate environment (strong teamwork, client-first mindset)
・Office real-estate brokerage experience in Singapore—lead handling, site tours, proposals, and negotiations with landlords/serviced-office operators.
