Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Credit Risk Management Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in shaping credit policy and ensuring robust risk management frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and maintain credit policies and procedures while monitoring compliance.
- Prepare regular portfolio reports for senior management, risk committees, and regulators, identifying emerging risks and concentration trends.
- Develop and maintain methodologies for credit stress testing and execute internal and regulatory stress testing exercises.
- Enhance Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models in accordance with IFRS 9 and conduct ECL calculation exercises.
- Establish and maintain an environmental risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including climate stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, or Accountancy, complemented by a strong foundation in analytical and quantitative techniques.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management within large regional or global financial institutions.
- Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong risk awareness.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
