Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to business and service units to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage housing matters for expatriates,
- Oversee the office environment and ensure all facilities and assets are maintained in good working condition.
- Prepare, monitor, and process monthly invoices and related financial records accurately.
- Monitor and plan the annual office supplies budget, ensuring cost efficiency and sufficient inventory.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the management.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in managing vendors, facilities, and budgeting processes.
