QA Executive (Food Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily hygiene and environmental checks before production.
- Perform quality testing of products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain and update HACCP, ISO, and BRC documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product-related documents.
- Check and verify incoming raw materials.
- Investigate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide food safety training to new and existing staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers on raw material quality and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication and computer skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Prior QA/QC experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
