Job responsibilities:
- Mainly in-charge of local customer enquires / sales orders.
- Liaise closely, promptly and to provide superior service to customers’ request and enquires.
- Develop sound and long-term relationship with key influences of key accounts.
- Issue and handle the Sales Quotation and Sales Orders administration and ensure they are in accordance with clients’ requirements and needs.
- To match customer Purchase Order with sales information provided by the Sales department.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Business Director in the day-to-day daily operation needs & general administration.
- To support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve its objectives.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer / Management
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in Hospitality / F&B / Retail & Trading industry.
- PC Literate – particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage, for non-experience candidate, training will be provided.
- Good knowledge of shipping Incoterm preferred.
- Excellent eye for detail
- Multi-tasking and able to input data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientated.
- Hardworking, reliable and a team player
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast pace working environment.
- Has passionate and keen to learn products carry by the Company.
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates and customers.
- Only Singaporean
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 6pm
- Saturday : 8.30am - 3pm
- Work 1 Saturday per month (Once a month duty).
- Permanent Sun & PH Off
