Part-Time Warehouse Assistant - Sembawang

1. Pack and prepare all equipment and food for upcoming events as per the whiteboard and calendar schedules.
2. Ensure all customer self-collection orders are ready on time.
3. Assist in unpacking and checking items returned from events.

1. Keep accurate track of item quantities and storage locations.
2. Be able to promptly answer any inquiries about stock availability.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage racks, including the warehouse rack.

1. Assist sales staff with walk-in customers and clients testing equipment.
2. Check the calendar and whiteboard for the latest updates from the sales team.

1. Swipe and clean the external warehouse area.
2. Help the driver with loading and unloading equipment and supplies into/out of vehicles.

1. Handle food ordering, including SKP materials.
2. Receive and check food items after delivery.

1. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager or sales staff.
