HRIS (HR Planning & Analytics) #FR (6 months) - Geylang
A heathcare organisation is looking for a 6 months support
Your new role- Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes.
- Support the annual HR budgeting exercise for GSS such as manpower planning, budget tracking and coordination of Individual Development Plan
- Review and streamline standardized GSS monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports and support other reporting requirements
- Assist in organizing HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall GSS’s SLA performance achievements and incident rates
- Participate and contribute in ongoing or new HR projects
- Provide other logistical and administrative support for team meetings, project tracking and documentation where applicable.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
