About the role
This position will play a key role in the development and implementation of holistic marketing initiatives in Singapore that enhances brand visibility and support business growth. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented creative thinker with a keen understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with local and regional brand objectives and strategy
- Analyse, propose and plan marketing activities or identify new marketing opportunities to create brand awareness while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage social media content, website, digital campaigns and online engagement
- Lead the creation of marketing collaterals and content
- Monitor and implement visual merchandising displays across all local stores
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with appointed vendors, agencies, retail partners and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing and visual merchandising-related activities
- Work closely with management, retail operations and merchandising team to ensure alignment
- Maintain marketing calendars, track campaign management and budget for local marketing execution
- Provide marketing insights and research on consumer trends
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, prior experience working in retail or e-commerce sector would be a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Meticulous, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable and creative thinker who is able to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and desire to excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, project management, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess Adobe illustrator/Photoshop skills or experience other design-related tools
