About the Role
Join an established local business in the food & beverage retail space, supporting leasing operations across multiple outlets. This role offers stable career progression within a well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy agreements
- Monitor and follow up on rental arrears and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams on lease documentation and administration
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing enquiries and issues
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support leasing strategies
- Ensure smooth day-to-day leasing operations and tenant management
- Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain good tenant relationships
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
