About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join us on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are keen to build a career in digital marketing. You should demonstrate a passion for Digital Marketing and have a basic understanding of the digital marketing channels in which we work - SEM, Facebook, Instagram, Display, YouTube.
We will provide the successful hire with an opportunity to work with our functional teams so as to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare them for a suitable career in Digital Marketing.
What you'll be doing
You will provide support to the Account Management and Ad-Ops Team in the following areas: -
Campaign Setup and Management- Assist to set up and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels as required
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs
- Provide updates, alerts and reports on campaigns’ performance
- Prepare regular campaign reports using Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Track key metrics and highlight performance trends
- Support senior team members in deriving actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to complement and enhance both clientele support and overall campaign performance
- Help coordinate project timelines and deliverables internally
- Hands-on experience managing real client campaigns
- Exposure to multiple digital marketing platforms and industries
- Structured learning and mentorship from experienced team members

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Must be proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Google Suites (e.g. Gmail, G-Slides, G-Sheets)
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities
Prior experience is not required but welcome. Certifications, coursework, or internships in digital marketing are a bonus.
Training & Development
Structured on-the-job training across performance marketing, reporting tools, and client communication. You will progressively take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
Working Arrangement & Contract- Hybrid work model (combination of remote and in-office work)
- Standard working hours: 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent
- Salary commensurate with experience
