Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage and oversee the execution of assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate ACMV project activities to meet timelines and targets.
• Lead and manage a team of ACMV supervisors, technicians, and site personnel.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Coordinate system design, ensure client requirements are met, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for ACMV works.
• Prepare and manage ACMV-specific documentation, including:
• Material Submissions for HVAC equipment
• Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings
• Progress Reports and Risk Assessments
• Commissioning and Testing Reports
• Forecast potential ACMV project issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Plan manpower deployment and work closely with suppliers for equipment procurement and delivery.
• Assist in final account settlements, including variation orders related to ACMV systems.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
