Job Description
- Create and send quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
- Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
- Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers
- Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Assist in setting up Field Service Sales appointment
- Support handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Support channeling on selected leads for Service Sales team
- Work closely with various departments to deliver best-in-class service experience from service delivery, logistics arrangement, marketing initiatives, product service cross support to payment receivables
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
- Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin & experience in Service is a plus attribute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sense of curiosity, generate interest and resourceful
- Understanding of pricing and discount dynamics
- Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-pace working environment
- A good team player
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Diploma in Engineering or Business
- Immediate availability
