We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support finance systems and operational processes within a structured public sector environment. This role offers strong exposure to system implementation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support updates and changes to the Chart of Accounts (COA) within central systems
- Assist in data verification, system testing, and migration activities
- Support system enhancements through change requests and feature testing
- Maintain and update master data within systems
- Organise and update user guides and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders and system integrators on system improvements

- Hands-on experience in process improvement and system enhancement work
- Tertiary education in Accountancy, Finance, Business, IT, or related fields

- Interest in operations-technology (Ops-Tech) roles is an advantage
- Prior experience with finance systems or system implementation is a plus
