As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure that all dishing activities are carried out in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and fulfill all special meal requests to meet dietary needs and preferences accurately.
• Adhere to established food hygiene practices and comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) standards to ensure food safety and quality at all stages of preparation and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized regularly.
• Report any non-compliance or food safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Posses minimum Primary School qualification
• Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
• Able to work in cold room environment
• Good knowledge in food production and preparation
