Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment/HR services sector
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for staffing solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 2+ years of business development experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing
