• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Site Supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Able to interpret drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Attend to Site Meetings
• Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.

Requirements:

• Min. ‘O’ Level/Relevant Diploma/NCCs/BCSS/Construction trade Foreman Certificate
• Min. 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction is required
• Experiences in BTO is preferred
