Service Ambassador (Customer Service – Service Centre) | ISLANDWIDE
Salary: $2,580/monthDuration: 30 Jul – 31 Aug 2025 (Possible monthly extension depending on business needs and your availability)
Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Bishan SC Only (Additional): Sat 8:30am – 1:00pm (OT applies)

- Bishan *Additional SATURDAYS @ 8:30am – 1:00pm (OT applies)
- Maxwell
- Tampines
- Woodlands
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the service centre — providing friendly, helpful, and efficient in-person support to walk-in customers. You’ll:
- Answer queries and provide accurate info
- Assist with CPF transactions and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
- Adapt to changing work demands and support ad-hoc duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Able to stay calm and professional even in high-pressure situations
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Customer-centric mindset and a team player
Dress Code:
We're currently piloting smart casual attire at the Service Centres. Keep it clean, simple, and neat!
Permitted (Examples):
- Ladies: Polo/short-sleeved tops, ankle-length pants, knee-length skirts, jeans (full-length), sleeveless tops with blazer
- Men: Polo or collared shirts, full-length jeans or casual pants, blazers with T-shirts
- Shoes: Covered shoes or sneakers in neutral tones (black, navy, beige, grey); avoid bold logos or flashy brands
Not Permitted:
- Revealing or tight clothing, neon/loud prints, ripped jeans, miniskirts, shorts, puffer jackets, slippers, sandals
