About the role

• Providing exceptional patient care and service as the first point of contact in our dental clinic
• Assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients
• Maintaining detailed patient records and managing administrative duties such as scheduling appointments
• Sterilising equipment and preparing treatment rooms for the next patient
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and handling patient inquiries
• Promoting the clinic's services and building strong relationships with patients

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist, preferably in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using dental software and office equipment
• A caring and compassionate attitude, with a commitment to patient satisfaction
• No experience required — training will be provided
