Assistant Engineer (Building Maintenance) - Sengkang

1. Working closely with senior Engineer to performance building inspection & maintenance, perform fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
2. Handling technical and engineering issues.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
4. Report and prepare with given report template for the inspection outcome.
5. Coordinate repair work, execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and materials used.
7. Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with procedures.
8. Implement risk control measures at sites.
9. Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at site.
10. Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.
11. Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and management.
12. Other Ad-hoc related duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Nitec in Building / Structures Engineering discipline or other building-related disciplines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to building maintenance.
• Basic computer skills for logging work and reporting (preferred).
• Able to communicate and have good writing skill in English
• Able to deliver quality works under short deadline.
• Prefer to possess Class 3 driving license and own transport.
