We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team! This individual will support the end-to-end creation, management, and deployment of brand communications.
Job Responsibilities:
Asset Creation- Advertising campaign creation support
- Photography production support
- Key festive greetings for trade usage
- Social media calendar management
- Content strategy for Posts/Stories covering product launches, festive seasons
- Creative brief and direction for brand agency on content creation
- Content uploading & community management (FB/IG/YouTube/LinkedIn)
- Management of Agency for LINE strategy and uploads
- Management of social media boosted posts for follower gain strategy
- Enquiry management & analytics for the region
- Offline advertising support & rollout (with agency support for main markets)
- Digital advertising support & rollout – Google/YouTube/Facebook/IG (with agency support for all markets)
- Monthly advertising updates for retailers and partners
- Dissemination of press kits to regional media and agencies
- Photo shoot management & support
- Festive media gifting (Birthdays, Christmas & CNY)
- Identifying KOLs for potential ad hoc collaborations
- Media monitoring, internal & external dissemination of approved monthly reports
- Liaison with MY, TH & AU agencies for earned editorial, pitches, provision of up-to-date assets
- Media event management and support
- Ad-hoc projects & events
Job Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing
- Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
- Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple markets and timelines
- Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor management, event logistics, and on-ground coordination.
