We are currently seeking a Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food flavours and quality assurance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Description:As a Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive, you will be responsible for supporting flavour development activities and ensuring product quality standards are met. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation, compounding, and evaluation of flavour samples
- Conducting QA/QC checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
- Ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with internal quality and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participating in sensory evaluations and product stability studies
- Assisting in troubleshooting customer complaints related to product quality
- Collaborating with the production and R&D teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a flavour, food, or fragrance lab will be an advantage
- Knowledge of basic laboratory practices and food safety standards
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Chinese
