Retail Supervisor / Sales Associate (Premium Footwear) | Up to $3K + Incentives

• Sales Associate: $2,200 – $2,400
• Senior Sales Associate: $2,500 – $2,700
• Store Supervisor: $2,800 – $3,000

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Assist customers with footwear and accessories selection
• Achieve individual and team sales targets ?
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Handle cashiering and stock replenishment
• Support day-to-day store operations

• Lead and supervise store team members ?
• Plan staff duty rosters and schedules
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training to new staff
• Monitor store performance and support sales targets
• Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with company standards

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion or footwear experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable performing tasks such as handling stock and retrieving items from shelves
• Willing to support operations across different store locations when required
