Shift Pattern: 4 days work, 3 days off / 3 days work, 4 days off.
Shift Hours: Morning: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm: Night: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support engineers in executing test-related activities for NPI and sustaining projects.
Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
Assist engineers in analysing test failures and improving product yield and performance.
Maintain accurate test tracking records and documentation.
Prepare and update Work Instructions according to latest processes and standards.
Support knowledge transfer and training for Material Handlers and relevant personnel.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to support production and testing operations.

Requirements

NITEC or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
Basic understanding of test methods and concepts.
Knowledge of programming or debugging will be advantageous.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
Willing to perform shift work.
