Interior Designer
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of materials, finishes, and Singapore's space constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop initial concept mood boards, design schemes, and space planning proposals.
Design & Documentation: Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D visualizations to present design ideas effectively. Produce comprehensive construction drawings and material schedules for contractors.
Project Management: Source materials, furniture, and accessories. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any on-site issues.
Client Management: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry, particularly within the Singapore market.
