Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Manage airport pass applications for all employees across retail and corporate levels
  • Set up and upload personnel files for new retail hires
  • Coordinate employee welfare items such as congratulatory baskets and get-well gifts
  • Support interview scheduling and employment contract signings
  • Assist with onboarding activities including uniform issuance, onboarding kits, and seating arrangements
  • Provide general HR administrative support as assigned

General Affairs and Administrative Support:

  • Welcome and attend to office visitors
  • Handle courier and postal matters, including mail distribution
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms
  • Update telephone/contact lists and organizational charts
  • Support submission of HR and GA-related invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims, visa applications, and corporate credit card expenses
  • Assist with office events including festive decorations, staff gifting, and gatherings
  • Manage pantry and stationery supplies for two office locations
  • Oversee general maintenance of office alarms, premises, and equipment
  • Raise approvals via EP portal and submit invoices through Glob+ system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR support or general office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in similar HR or admin roles is an added advantage
