Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Provide mobility support such as transferring clients in and out of bed, wheelchairs, or commodes
• Follow prescribed care plans including administering medication, facilitating simple exercises, and offering mental stimulation
• Engage clients in conversation and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being
• Escort clients to medical and other appointments, ensuring safety and punctuality
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, and care needs

Requirements:

• Possess a relevant certificate in Healthcare Support or Therapy
• No experience is required; training will be provided
• Passionate about eldercare and committed to client well-being
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is an added advantage
