Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company export procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (shipping documents, export permits, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.

• Verify compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Check HAWB labels, seal numbers, and related import/export documentation.

• Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Stay updated on import/export laws, tariffs, and compliance requirements.

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide solutions and support to ensure positive customer experience.

• Plan and coordinate shipping, transportation, and warehousing for export operations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, carriers, and approved vendors on schedules and documentation.
• Work closely with the global network to ensure timely and secure cargo movement.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs declarations, and related documents.
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy in internal systems.

• Monday to Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (rotation basis)

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in air freight operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications will also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
