We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, on a six (6) month Fixed Term Contract (Part Time) to support our Service Team and ongoing regional initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations, enabling our service engineers to remain fully focused on fieldwork and project execution.
Working Hours- 3-days work week - • Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support for field action and projects, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting to meet global compliance deadlines.
- Assist with coordination and tracking of work activities, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
- Support the Sage Mobile initiative rollout across Singapore, including data migration, workflow documentation, and change management support.
- Maintain and update service records, databases, and project trackers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and task follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data entry and workflow tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting field service or technical teams.
- Familiarity with project coordination or compliance-driven environments.
