Position Title: Preschool Chinese Teacher (L2)
Working Location: East Coast / Katong
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (3 shifts between 7 am – 7 pm)
Salary: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities 华文教师的主要工作职责包挂：

负责学前班学生的一日常规，教授拼音、识字、阅读等课程
主班老师负责协调各科老师和家长和孩子的沟通
负责兴趣班的教学、考勤、与家长沟通等事项
Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.
Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.
Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.
Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.
Establish effective classroom management.
Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.
Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.
Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) in Chinese Language curriculum
ECDA L2 Certified.
High levels of patience and passion for children
Creative and inspiring with loving energy
Enjoy working with children, and passionate in educating young children.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Knowledge in educational development
High levels of emotional intelligence, adapt in relationship management with peers and parents.
Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible and able to offer help when needed.
