FT & PT Production Baker — Cake Department

Working Hours & Salary:

✳️Full-Time:

• 7am-4pm (Overtime required based on production needs)
• 4-days work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends PH)
• Gross salary up to $2,600/month

✳️Part-Time:

• 7am-2pm (Additional hours may be required based on production needs)
• 4-days work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
• $10/hr (Weekdays) ; +$2/hr (Weekends & PH)

Job Duties:

• Decorate and finish cakes by applying cream, toppings, fruits and other decorative elements.
• Prepare ingredients tools and materials required for cake decorations and assembly.
• Perform cake assembly duties, including layering sponge cakes, spreading fillings, portioning and final presentation.
• Wash, cut and prepare fruits and decorative toppings.
• Label finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and production areas.
• Support daily production operations and perform other duties assigned by Supervisors or Managers.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply ; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in cake decoration, baking or food production will be an advantage.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical workloads.
• Able to work in cold environments, including chiller and freezer rooms.
• Willing to work according to the rostered work cycle, including weekends and public holidays.
