Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule meetings
- Prepare proposals, invoices
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Follow up on client payments and outstanding invoices
- Perform general office duties (filing, ordering supplies, data entry)
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / ITE
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft O?ice (Word, Excel, Outlook)
