About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our presence in the premium audio market across multiple international regions. In this role, you will take ownership of key growth initiatives, build strong partner relationships, and support go-to-market execution from early planning through launch.

You will work closely with leadership, gain real exposure to global markets, and play a visible role in shaping our next phase of expansion. This position offers an opportunity to grow in a specialized and expanding market.

Key responsibilities
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through service excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Drive specification of products into brand and packaging projects
  • Monitor industry trends, product launches, and business changes to adjust strategies proactively
  • Support marketing activities such as roadshows and exhibitions when required
  • Identify end-user opportunities and collaborate with dealers and channel partners to convert them into sales
Requirements
  • English and Mandarin proficiency: Good (frequent communication with overseas Chinese-speaking partners)
  • Cantonese proficiency: Bonus (communication with HQ staff in Hong Kong)
  • Experience in business development or account management: Bonus
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking skills and market intel gathering capabilities
  • Problem-solving ability, independence, positive mindset, and adaptability
  • Minimum Diploma (or equivalent). Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Frequent Travelling and occasional outstations required
