Responsibilities

The primary role is to serve the salespersons or clients at the customer service counter or reception counter.
To Process documents, collect commission (cash, cheque or online payments), sale of merchandise, using the POS system and handling of office equipment
Handling of data entry
Manage walk-ins, emails and telephone enquiries.
To collect and to distribute mail.
Managing the office meeting rooms and training rooms.
Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

GCE 'O' Level and above.
Preferably someone who has work experience in customer service duties.
