Customer Service Officer ( $3000) - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities
  • The primary role is to serve the salespersons or clients at the customer service counter or reception counter.
  • To Process documents, collect commission (cash, cheque or online payments), sale of merchandise, using the POS system and handling of office equipment
  • Handling of data entry
  • Manage walk-ins, emails and telephone enquiries.
  • To collect and to distribute mail.
  • Managing the office meeting rooms and training rooms.
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level and above.
  • Preferably someone who has work experience in customer service duties.
