HR Executive (Payroll & HR Administration)
About the role
Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in Toa Payoh Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administration for our growing operations.
What you'll be doing- Manage the full payroll process, including timely and accurate preparation, calculation, and disbursement of salaries and benefits
- Administer employee leave, claims, and other HR-related matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Provide HR administrative support to the team, including onboarding new hires and processing terminations
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar payroll and HR administration role, ideally within the Remuneration & Benefits field
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using HR and payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong compliance mindset and understanding of relevant labour laws and regulations
