Job Summary

The Manager, Integrated Club & Community Engagement is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, digital marketing, partnership and engagement initiatives to support club campaigns, programmes, vendors’ offers and member engagement activities.

The role also supports content development, stakeholder coordination, programme execution and club operations to enhance SAFRA’s brand awareness, participation and member engagement.

Job Description
  1. Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for club campaigns, programmes, vendors’ promotions and member engagement activities.
  • Conceptualise and submit proposals for new promotions, activities, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, online contests and social media initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and research new ideas to ensure club activities remain relevant and competitive.
  1. Content, Publicity and Digital Engagement
  • Manage content development and placement across online platforms, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets and other marketing collaterals.
  • Work with Strategic Marketing and Communications to develop P R and publicity plans for positive coverage of the Club.
  • Adapt P R messages for social media and support crisis communications where required.
  • Prepare promotional content for internal and external communication channels.
  1. Partnership and Stakeholder Management
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, vendors, community partners and agencies.
  • Support the development of value-added offerings and engagement activities through partnerships.
  • Manage marketing-related feedback and enquiries promptly and effectively.
  1. Programme, Project and Event Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of club projects, events and engagement activities.
  • Manage projects within approved budget, timeline and performance targets.
  • Prepare and submit the team’s annual workplan and budget for each financial year.
  1. Governance, Administration and Operations Support
  • Ensure proper administration, documentation and compliance with data protection, corporate governance and relevant policies.
  • Support daily club operations and perform Duty Officer weekend roles on rotation where required.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Club Manager or supervisor.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality Management or other related fields.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, member engagement or community outreach.
  • Good project management, coordination and organisational skills.
  • Strong written communication and content development skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to manage vendors, stakeholders and multiple timelines.
  • Able to support club operations and weekend duties when required.
