JOBSCOPE:

1. Assisting vessel operations with documentation and compliance matters
2. Managing administrative tasks related to provisions
3. Supporting communication between onshore and offshore teams
4. Coordinating with vendors and authorities for certifications and approvals
5. Liaise with Flag States and Classification Societies for matters related to vessel certification and regulatory compliance
6. Maintain and update vessel documentation schedules, especially those tied to annual class and statutory surveys.
7. Handle vendor invoicing and administrative follow-ups with internal finance teams.
