Job Title: Industrial Electrician (Shift-Based Operations)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and physically resilient Electrical Technician to support intensive maintenance and operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is hands-on, demanding, and requires working under strict timelines and challenging site conditions.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) on electrical systems, including LV distribution, control panels, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and rectify complex electrical faults under time-critical conditions
• Execute cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning works independently
• Work in rotating shifts, extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required by operations
• Support emergency breakdown response and ensure minimal downtime
• Prepare and follow detailed Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Risk Assessments (RA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS/FMS systems and close work orders promptly

• Strong experience in cable installation, panel wiring, fault diagnosis, and repair works
• Able to work in physically demanding environments (heat, confined spaces, heights, outdoor conditions)
• Willing to work long hours, rotating shifts, and on-call duties
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience in construction sites, heavy industrial plants, or shipyards
• Prior exposure to high workload environments with strict deadlines
• Comfortable with hands-on field work daily (non-office role)
• Experience handling multiple concurrent tasks under pressure

• This is a site-based, physically intensive role requiring strong endurance and commitment
