We are currently seeking Contracts Manager and Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager to join a leading Main Contractor delivering large-scale building construction projects across Singapore.

Experience in M&E / Building Services packages will be highly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Salary: Manager Allowance ($600), 5 Days Work, Salary (Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 3.5 Months), OT Paid

- Oversee and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of building construction projects from tender through to final account
- Lead contract administration, cost control, and financial management of projects to ensure profitability and compliance
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Review and administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Evaluate and manage variation works, claims, and final account settlements with clients and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management, including tendering, negotiation, and award of packages
- Monitor project cost performance and implement strategies to mitigate commercial risks
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients on all contractual and commercial matters
- Provide leadership and guidance to Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members
- Support tendering activities and cost planning where required
- Exposure to M&E / Building Services packages will be advantageous
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience with a Main Contractor in building construction projects
- Strong experience in contract administration, cost control, and commercial management
- Experience managing large-scale building projects such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use developments
- Exposure to C&S, M&E / Building Services packages is preferred but not essential
- Good understanding of Singapore construction practices, contract conditions, and authority requirements
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight project timelines
