Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive/ Finance Executive who can independently manage a full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA)
Prepare and submit GST returns
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities
Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures
Assist in process improvements and system implementations as required
Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
