Responsibilities:

Provide expert skincare consultation and personalized product recommendations to customers.

Conduct professional skin analysis and educate customers on Niance’s luxury skincare solutions.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the elegance and prestige of the brand.

Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Perform product demonstrations, mini facials, and beauty treatments as required.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.

Ensure proper stock management, merchandising, and cleanliness of the counter/store.

Support promotional activities, beauty events, and collaborations.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in luxury skincare, beauty retail, or spa services.

Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.

Professional grooming and presentation.

Basic proficiency in English.

Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
