Marketing & Operations Executive - Bukit Merah

This role requires a hands-on approach to marketing operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business activities.
• Develop and optimize internal workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business goals, operational needs, and resource allocation.
• Analyze operational and marketing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Support budget tracking and cost control activities in collaboration with the finance team.
• Lead or contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing staff capabilities and team performance.
• Ensure alignment with regional market trends and assist in localizing campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in operations or marketing-related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in process design, project execution, and team management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently.

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing operations within the tech or e-commerce sector.
