Customer Service Officer (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiry
• Manage office administration duty
• Generate monthly reports

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience for Senior position
• Training will be provided for Entry/Junior position
• IT literate in Microsoft office skill
• Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking client)
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Passion & have a flair in education services
• Detail & accuracy with numbers
• A good sales person

Additional Information:

• Both Full Time & Part time positions are available
• 5 day work week with 1 off-day falls on weekday
• 1 working day on Sat or Sun
• working hours from 1.30 pm to 9.30 pm on weekdays
• working hours on weekends is from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
• we are closed on all Public Holidays
• work-life balance is a key consideration

** Working Location: Will be stationed at Yishun.
